Shipping Policy

Elalondon.store offers 5-7 business day shipping as our standard shipping option on all merchandise orders. However, due to delays related to demand and COVID-19, Elalondon.store orders may experience delays. Standard business day shipping is FREE on orders within the US over $50 – no promotion code needed. For merchandise orders totaling less than $50, there is a delivery charge of $6.50 for Standard Day shipping. Depending on the carrier, your order may arrive on a weekend.

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. Title to the products in your order is transferred from ElaLondon to you when your credit card is charged and your products are shipped. Risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from ElaLondon to you when your order is delivered to you. ​

Return & Refund Policy

Skincare products cannot be returned or refunded but if sunglasses happened to be damaged they must be returned in new condition in original packaging. You may be asked to provide images of damage and/or a description of what was wrong with the product. We monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges in all instances. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error. Please allow 30 days for your return to be processed if sent by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
